okay so basically yesterday was the first Read to Lead meeting and a friend from my school and i walked down to the elementary school and we met up with the people at the elementary school that was hosting us. they told us some sad stories about kids not being able to read and a whole bunch of stuff. im really looking forward to meeting my teacher and the kids in the class. it sounds like a lot of fun and since im a complete nerd and absolutely love school i cant wait to spread my love of reading and writing with these kids who might not know what is feels like to actually have someone around them that wants to encourage them to do good in school.
and today...or more of like in about 1hour and 20 minutes im gonna be going back to my high school because since im doing an article on the volleyball team at my school i have to actually go to the game and see what its like. im bringing my camera and going to take pictures of the girls playing. im gonna try to get some of my best friend because shes on the team but it might end up in the newspaper so im not so sure about that.
but i must say, i like my blue days in school alot better than the white days. this is because those classes are all fun even though i get all my homework from those days. like for instance today was a blue day meaning that tomorrow is a white day, and i have no homework due, but on monday which will be a blue day again, i have all the homework in the world due.
im kinda guessing that i should probably go and find my camera now because i have no idea where it is. so BYE PEOPLES WHO ACTUALLY TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS :]
